Breaking in the new rear end?

About to help install my new gears, true-trac and billet caps in a few days and was wondering what break in procedure(s) do I need to do after its all finished? Or what works for you fellas?

About to get GM 3:91's installed at my dealers. Forgive my ignorance, but what constitutes heat cycling?

Drive it for 20-30 mins varying your speed to get the gears up to operating temp; stay below 55, and don't use cruise control as you want to change your speed the whole time. After 20-30 mins of driving, park the car for 5-6 hours so it can cool down, then do it over again 2-3 times.

change the fluid after the 1st heat cycle or at least once by 500 miles then again at 1500. its cheap and easy to do so why not. It will be bad by 500miles.
