No doubt it makes the car sharper, way more than the cost of the guages

I would rather have gauges to look at than a idiot light that might or might not work. Gauges have come in handy for me on my other vehicles in the past so i figure they will do the same on this one too. Mind you Water, Oil and Electrical is the only ones i like to look at. They also look cool.

IMHO they just look really cool.
are they all that useful, sort of....but not needed. definately retro..reminds me of the retro guage cluster on the FJ Cruisers, it looks very cool, sort of useful. |

I have purchased 35 new cars, I have only had one tranny go out. That was on a olds 88. Maybe if your in 500 mile race it would be important.

I had an AWD 1000 HP to the ground 04 Denali that went through a few tranny's but also saved a few when I noticed tranny temp getting high. |

1st Camaro, Love it

Oil pressure gauge is pretty useless in the V6. under load it pegs up over 70 and stays there (pretty much for every V6 and GM says it is normal). I guess its nice to know that it will telll you if the pressure drops too low but the Upper end is useless for V6.

Track > 1/4 Mile

They may not be too useful now, but down the road when the car has some miles under its belt and it's a hot day in bumper to bumper traffic it might be nice to have these gadges.. More importantly they look
