I just don't understand the mentality behind this rat-rod trend. While we try so hard to keep our new cars looking clean and rust free, this guy made an effort to turn it into a rust bucket...To me it's like buying a brand new Armani suit and rip some holes on it just to be different...

I would call this one a sleeper. See the supercharger under the hood. I like the concept. I bet he doesn't worry about taking it to Walmart. But yet it would out run a lot very nice looking Camaros.

Im not sure I would do that to my own car but I love the concept. Who'd think that would kick your butt when you pull off a light? And I give the guy credit for actually having the balls to go ahead and do it.

Actually, IMO the 74-77 camaros in any trim level look worse than this car.

I actually like it. I wouldn't do it to my car but I like the originality and work that went into it. It's not easy to accelerate paint life like that....and make it look legit.
It's more interesting than an expensive paint job.
