My TSP 2" feedback
Very nice headers to begin with they went right in.
2 issues though... 1.do not use the gaskets provided with them as part of them block 2 spark plug holes It was a pain in the ass changing them plugs that were blocked by the gasket. I had to cut it a lil with a Dremel to get the plugs out. 2.i noticed my passenger side had a rough sound like something was loose every time I would start it. Lifted again to see this one of the primaries is hitting :( Anyone else have this issue ? Its no biggy for me I'm still happy with the performance just thought id give a heads up |

I had a driver side primary hitting the upper aluminum portion of the engine mount (fixed by grinding mount) and the same spot on the passenger side sub frame which I notched and welded in a small cut up piece of 1"x1" angle iron.
A dent in the primary would have been easier but I didn't want to do that. |

I'd be getting another header or dinging it before I cut on my car. That's bs.

I never had issues with my headers even used the gm gaskets they sent with the kit no issues. And the gaskets they send I was told are the gm set so not fitting correctly makes me think you might have done something wrong. But I'm not there so I don't know.

I know the directions that came with my pfadt headers spacificaly said "be sure to watch the gasket for clearance around the spark plug holes" so I'm guessing its a common mistake? I reused the stock gaskets and didn't have any issues. Bending a "little" metal isn't a big deal. My LG super pros on the Vette needed a little love to fit. But I wouldn't cut anything! Give them a call as others said. If for some reason they are not willing to work with you, I'd remove them and get a different set. I'm guessing they will though. There are lots of happy customers running them.

Naw man I for sure aint doing anything wrong on my end as iam a mechanic lol anyways
These aren't gm gaskets that's for sure lol there's a big difference but since I removed the header I went ahead and reused my oem gasket! You can see the difference here as I laid the oem gasket on top of the TSP I went ahead and removed the header and made a notch in my cradle instead of hitting the header. |

I wouldn't have touched the cradle just 'cause that crap is supposed to fit dang it.

I have XS powers... I had the same problem, it was just touching it so I used a socket and put a very small dent it the tube there. No big deal, you cant even see it!

My TSP 2" didn't seem to be hitting anything that I remember when I put them in. I will look next time I raise the vehicle.
