So far I think I'm going to put it where The HUD controls would be. Thanks for all of the suggestions!

This was my position until this dealer I went to ripped it off the panel and let it hang off the steering wheel.

I mounted mine in this location too. Easy to see (if needed), yet out of the way.

The wire goes back into the center tunnel and to the pedal. I just drilled a small hole next to the controller for the wire to go through

I ended up putting it by the shifter. I'm on the road but I'll post a pic when I get home this weekend

I put mine in the glove box on the rear left side at the top. I keep it at 5 and can still change it if need be.
