1969 Chevrolet Camaro X66 Super Sport (***PICS***

This is an original X66 Super Sport Camaro with Protecto-Plate that is in fantastic shape. There are not many of these left out there still wearing partial original paint and looks this nice. The odometer stated 65,???ACTUAL MILES! This is the right Camaro for your collection! She was originally bought at Fasenmyer Chevrolet in Raytown Missouri. From there is made its way to Connecticut in 1986 then to Massachusetts from there. Copies of some of the titles are included in the sale with written ownership on the back documenting previous owners.

The body is in very nice shape and retains all of its original sheetmetal. The underside is very solid and never rusted. It still looks very nice and has a nice glossy shine to it. Some small chips have been touched up, nothing major. The fit and finish is nice. It shows well. The chrome is in nice condition as well as the trim. The original LOF tinted glass is very nice shape. The trunk is clean.

The standard interior is original and in nice condition. The seats are in real nice shape with no tears. The carpet is in nice shape and original. The dash pad has no cracks. There is a tilt steering column with a Walnut steering wheel mounted. The console houses gauges and they work. A factory AM/FM radio is still in place and it works. This Camaro has factory A/C. The compressor is kicking on but it will need a shot of freon to be cold. There is also a remote drivers side outside mirror. Everything works from lights to the blower motor, speedometer and tachometer. The clock works as well.

This Super Sport was factory equipped with a 396/325hp big block. The original 396/325hp motor was warranty replaced on 9/2/1971 due to low oil pressure and a knocking sound. We have a copy of the original warranty paper to prove this. It retains that factory replaced CE block today. The TH400 is original as well as the 3.07 gear 12-Bolt Rear. She has power steering and power disc brakes to make for an easy driving car. This Camaro rides on 15x7 Rally Wheels and BFGoodrich tires. It runs and drives excellent. You can tell this car was never torn apart. It drives incredibly tight and doesn’t rattle when you hit bumps.

Overall, this is the right car for you. The body is nice, clean original (mostly) Daytona Yellow Paint, nice well preserved Black Standard Interior, documented warranty replacement 396/325hp engine, original Protecto-Plate, and ownership history. This car has no stories – something that is harder to find in the collector Muscle Car world today. This is the investment Camaro SS you’ve craved.

Battery terminals connectors look like they have been changed from the original ones that came on the car. The car look like it is in great shape.

Nice car, wish I had the cash, but I don't have 32,499 friends to loan me a dollar. LOL.
