I agree with this 100%.... Personal Property tax can go to H3LL!!!! its bad you pay taxes when you purchase a car and then you gotta pay every year.... where the <Bleep!> is the money going cause I seen no improvements no where in Virginia!

i havent been pulled over but here in VA beach its only a matter of time before they do, they look for any excuse to pull you over

I only get harrassed every so often by the gate guards at Langley AFB. Still using the excuse I bought the car out of state (true) and it didn't deliver with the front plate holder (true). I tell them I ordered one at a local dealer but it is on back order (not so true).
