Not only that... he continues to blame Vararam for this, yet it was the vendor that charged him, not Vararam. If it's such a big deal, then ask the vendor for a refund and buy something else. I've never seen someone complain so much over a preorder.

I, for one, applaud Vararam for taking their time to get it right. Thanks for not rushing out a product just to please a few impatient people. I'm happy that the intake I'm buying will have gone through such extensive R&D. At least I know my $300 will go towards something that was carefully designed for maximum effect without being rushed to production just to make money as quickly as possible.

Vararam held up their part of the bargain, your just gonna have to wait until Maryland speed gets your unit and ships it to you. You bought it from a third party. Quit being a negative nancy and deal with it.

Maybe they should have COMPLETED all that R&D BEFORE they started publishing ship dates...

Agreed, but there were many people disappointed. They didn't make a federal case out of it. Stuff happens, and sometimes we just got to play the cards that are dealt.

Well maybe they should have?

Trust me, I know all about stuff happening... That's why publishing dates is a two sided sword... That is why I'm thinking vendors need to be more cautious...

I ordered with a pre-order when they stated they were complete and they'd be ready for shipment the end of April. The vendor was promised it was complete various times and told at least a half dozen different ship dates and excuses. Every one of you who thinks they did this right got your blinders on.

What the hek do you want? Okay, they screwed up. Hopefully they have learned a lesson here. Now they are shipping and instead of feeling happy, you just continue to complain. I just don't understand the point of continuing this path.

I guess my point is this really isn't the place to talk about a raffle intake being sent out when you know there's money that's been spent a long time ago.

Everyone just got over excited on both ends. Vararam was excited about the results and everyone got excited to buy it. This excitement leads to short patience. USA1 has every reason to be upset about an obscene delay, although now that it is starting to ship maybe is a good time to take a deep breath. I hope this is all you guys have hoped for. Pre-order ALWAYS has risks!! Good luck guys can't wait to hear the results!
