I live near Bowling Green and I ordered on 11-3-08 I have been at 3400 for almost amonth now with no new inforamtaion as to when I am getting my car. I'm getting really agrivated that very few cars are being delivered in KY.

I also ordered the 20" Polished Rims, Catback Exhaust, Shorty Headers, Air Intake, & Custom Cover.

I'm about 15 minutes south of Bowling Green and I have not ordered one and probably will not. I'm waiting a little while before I get one. I'm not one to pay huge sticker and I like to see how well they perform before I go buy a new car. I do plan on owning one though. I've been a fan of this car since it was first conceptualized years ago. Closest dealer to me is Campbell Chevrolet. They don't have one there at all right now. I check everyday. I did however see a silver ice metalic one in Bowling Green a couple weeks back on the road and I nearly wrecked my truck.

My future Camaro will deffinitely be silver ice metalic with 20" wheels and leather. I'm still undecided on engines and other options. I'm actually glad I found this site because now I have some intense reading to do.

Originally from Somerset KY...left 24 years ago when I joined the Air Force though...but have a 2SS/RS SIM, black leather with black rally stripes sitting in my driveway here in Texas!!

I'll be up and around Somerset come August with her when I come back to visit later this summer...

I hear ya brother...I ordered in November and I've been @3000 now for almost a month. I thought mid-june would be a conservative date, but looks like August might be a better date. I understand why GM did what they did, but to me that still doesn't make it right nor tolerable. But I'll live. Just hope my dealer doesn't run the price up on me...if so, I'll have to locate one elsewhere which just means more waiting. We'll all have to hook up in late fall for an all F-body KY meet.
