Heritage Grille & ZL1 Skirts Installed !!!

So iv had the grille and side skirts at the house for a few weeks now waiting to get the time to install them, final got the free time needed to do the install. Install wasn't to bad, i did all the necessary research on camaro5 so i was prepared. Only real difficult i had was from the wire harness and removing the stock grille from the fascia . Happy i got everything installed properly and saved a couple $$$$ doing it myself. ZL1 rear diffuser will be next in the future.. i think ill be adding the chevy badge to the heritage grill because i think it looks naked without it, ill most likely paint the gold part satin black and leave the outer chrome alone, also do the same to the rear badge, probably going to remove the SS badge on the rear as well, i have some 1LE badges so they will take the place of the camaro lettering on the sides..

what do u all think, badge in the front of leave it be???

Congrats on doing this yourself. I started with a badge then removed it on the front of my heritage grill. It looks mean without the bow tie.

looks good. I like the idea of painting the gold part satin and just really showing off the chrome. should really make it pop.

Looks great!! I think you need ACS rear bumper extensions to really tie everything together, but it looks awesome either way. I just put them on and along with the ZL1 rockers it really just looks more complete. Here's a pic

Where did you get your rear bumper extensions?

I'd put the badge on the front.

Looks good. We're twins too. I had the bowtie on at first, but then took it off. Looks meaner & more stealth to me with it off. Paint those chrome taillight bezels & tint the taillights & side markers. Makes a world of difference.

Looks good, I left the badges off mine and took off the CAMARO lettering on the sides. Undecided on what I will do with the rear badging. I may just make it a flat or semi-gloss black to go with the rest of the theme of the car.

Here's mine vvvvvvv
