I ordered!!!
So, as of 4:30 yesterday afternoon, I ordered my new baby. She is a 2LT/RS, sunroof, black leather interior, automatic transmission, and Rally Yellow w/ Black rally stripes.
I ordered her in Richmond, VA, even though I live in OK. I thought it would be fun to fly up to Richmond, get picked up by my brother/sister-in-law in their new Camaro, they'll drive me to the dealer, we'll pick up my new baby, then have a nice weekend... THEN, I'll get to break her in on a very relaxing, totally enjoyable, 24-hour drive back to Oklahoma! It's gonna be A-MA-ZING!!! Let me know what you think!

Heres what i think... i ordered my SS 5/29/09 and its already been to long... i dont even know if GM accepted my order... this wait is going to be impossible...
Congrats on your purchase... I hope we get these things built FAST!

Got mine last week. Man its well worth the wait! Such a cool car to drive around in.
Cant tell you how many folks stop and talk to me while waiting for the light to change. You'll love it! |

I ordered mine on 5/27/2009. It is not accepted by the dealer until there are allocations available to your dealer. I am number 2 and the dealer gets one allocation a month. That's what he is telling me... I got it for MSRP (in Writing) and put my $1000.00 dallor deposit down. Mine will not be ordered until July. Has anyone else run into this??? What is the approx wait time once the order is accepted??? I see some people get thiers lightning fast and others, a very, very long time. I cannot wait to get into my black 2SS/RS.... |

He luckilly had an allocation for me when i ordered, so i dont have to wait for that... i just don't wanna be a pain in the ass and call for my order updated just yet... gonna wait till the middle of next week...
I just hate waiting lol.
