Tire squeal while driving?

I'm getting a tire squeal while driving, like a bird chirping, possible alignment issue? It does this with both my 18s and 20s so I'm pretty sure that its not the tires...

Is it a constant noise (ie: it occurs rhythmically while driving in a straight line at certain speeds) or does it only occur under specific conditions such as slow speed right hand turns?

Does it happen if you rev it in neutral?

It should be under warranty.
Na not a belt...only hear this while moving. Definitely sounds like its coming from the tires but I'm not sure why. I think the toe might be slightly out...
