I have a 2015 RS. It has the OEM touchscreen. Is it hard to remove that whole system and put this one in? Also to get the AC buttons and everything working? Or did you pay someone to install it?

The whole system is plug and play and a very easy install, I did it all myself! It takes about a 2 out of 10 technical skill. About a 20 min install once you've done them more then once!
