Hear those sonics are pretty nimble and quick. Is that chevys answer to the focus hatchback?

Yeah, I would put it in the same class as the Focus and Mazda 3. Of course, those two have the Mazda Speed 3 and Focus ST that are a whole different level. I guess we'll see if Chevy decides to do a Sonic SS.

Wife hasn't let me drive it yet :(, but I would guess it is a bit more nimble than the Cruze I had. That was a fun little car for a 4-door econobox. I think Chevy hit a home run with the 1.4L turbo/6 speed tranny combo. A nice snap to accelleration and good MPG. However, if it was me I'd have the Focus ST...but it is the wife so if she's happy I'm happy.

Well, if it was up to me no question Rhino would be taking a crack at it. Unfortunately, she's more worried about the Pandora feature not working. I think it her phone is too old, but not sure just yet.

She does like having the "zoom, zoom" back. She's smiling again and won't let me drive it. Think we just got a lemon for the Focus. Others I talk to love theirs, but she had a lot of problems.

Anyone that hasn't looked at the cockpit of the Sonic should. It is really well laid out. Miss not having a center console, but everything else really fits a car of this size. The leg room in the back seat is amazing, too.

Ironocally My dad just rented a sonic sedan because his (zo6) had some warranty work and he really likes his....he's thinking about getting one


It is a very nice car though...the RS above is wayyyy nicer than the enterprise one my dad has lol
