Quoted for a Vinyl Roof Blackout -> Flat, Glossy or Carbon Fiber?

I'm looking at getting my roof blacked out in Vinyl (so I can remove it down the road if I choose too).

I got quoted from a local vinyl installer about $300 for either a flat or glossy black on the roof. And then about $400 if I wanted a Carbon Fiber vinyl roof.

Anyways, was just wondering if any of you guys that have done this, if these were fair prices or not.

I have the LS7 style rear fascia and front fascia painted flat black. Along with the flat black hood and hockey stripe package. But I was thinking flat wouldn't look as good as gloss on the roof. And then I do love my Carbon Fiber

License plate frame is Carbon Fiber along with the rear horizontal stripe on the trunk by the bowtie.

Anyways, thoughts on the price, and opinions on which I should get?

if you get carbon fiber overlay on the roof, I would only get it if you have other carbon fiber hints somewhere.

Yeah. I have very little carbon fiber on the exterior. Just the license plate frame, and the middle horizontal stripe on the trunk rear by the bowtie. Although there is soon to be a lot on the interior.

Yeah that is what I am leaning towards.
The only reason I'm highly considering gloss for the roof is because I think it will flow better with the windows (they are tinted) and will look like one piece.

Although like many of you have pointed, I do have lots of flat black on my car!

Decisions decisions...

Voted for carbon fiber, but I am biased... As Nutmg14 asked, what did you wind up doing?
