By chance does anyone know how to remove the shift knob for the manual trans? I am looking to replace it with a customized one.

They just unscrew. Not too hard.

I dont have mine but im pretty sure you just pull down the leather material somehow to expose the sifter post. Once you see the shiny post there should be some type of pin or bar that you will have to remove with a pair of vice grips or something.
