Any snow in the valley is little more than a powder sugar sprinkling though in the foothills and up the mountains it can snow a respectable amount. You can drive a Camaro 365 days a year here.

Looks like I spoke too soon. The wind is really starting to come up. enjoy your evening.
Makes sense... leave a place that gets up to 120 for a place that only gets up to 110 in the summer .. good thing here, it's a only a short fun drive up into the cooler beautiful Sierra mountains. But I've spent summer times in LV and it can be a inferno for days on end... used to take a lawn chair out to Lake Mead, put it in the water and sit so just ones head was above the surface.. had to keep a eye out for speed boats.

Today it sure is, poured last night and in the low 50's today.. it's nothing like LV gets but Dayton is about 20 miles east of Carson city, right at the begining of the high desert up here and July thru Sept., 90 to 100+ is pretty normal. Warmer than both Carson or Reno usually. One can stay in shorts day and night, June thru October.... though I sometimes get arrested for scaring people with my pale spindly legs.

temps climbing into high 80's for this coming week and long range looks real good. June is usually pretty good......... course it's cooler at the lake but anything mid 70's and above is great up there.. Now if I didn't just jinx it....

Aww come on! I got the evil eye on posting the gremlin!
I'm leaning towards the 2nd one, you know Gary is going to pick the first one. Might as well get both, if that is no problem. I'm having a day where I just don't want to make any choices. Thanks oh so much.
