My 1LT with Doug Thorley Headers and Injen CAI videos

For people interested in how they sound with stock exhaust.

That sounds mean! And that's exactly what I thought it would sound like, which is why I've been considering just doing DT shorties w/ the stock exhaust.

Not too bad...still seems to have some of the "thin" sound from the stock cans though in my opinion. Definitely an improvement though and I'm glad you shared this.

I'll add this the the exhaust sticky.

It's different in a good way. If I wasn't such a big advocate for losing the heavy stock mufflers I'd say call it a day on that. But hey modding is infectious and I doubt you're done. Drive what you got for a while and see if it grows on you or if you find yourself in a spot where you want more...

LT Headers & Ingen CAI

Listen to your video, sound is similar w/ stock muffler. Just a slight tinny ness.
Quite at low RPM and no drone at hi way speeds. Nice.

With the stock resonators and mufflers, I'd be doubtful that there would be any drone. The stock mufflers basically have J-pipes built into them too.

There is some drone, but only at RPMs or about 1800 and lower, about the RPM you would be downshifting anyways.
