TIRE PROS!! Lowered 1 inch affect new tires?

so i lowered front and rear stock tires 1 inch, now im considering putting 285/45r20's on the rear (one size larger than stock) my big question is Will these tires rub on turns or will it fit???

my stock rims were 20-21 i believe*

has anybody ever lowered there car and put larger tires on? if so have you had any problems let me know!!!
Thank You!

Your stock tires are 20". I'm guessing when you said you lowered the tires 1" you meant you lowered the car. Yes the bigger tires should fit.

What brand of tire are you going with? 285/45/20 are 10 mm wider than the stockers..as for the total height it should be close enough to stock not throw the speedo off by much if any...but i'm not an expert. I think there's a thread on the different tire sizes with all the info you need.
