I keep getting the same damn error, even though I'm connected to live. I can watch netflix just fine. Starting to piss me off.

I had the same issue.... Got a tip from major nelson and it worked. Hold your finger on the power button for five seconds to FULLY shutdown the Xbox. Wait 30 seconds and turn it back on. (supposed to restart in a updated mode or something like that lol). All i know is it worked for me!

Yep, that is my only problem with it. Other than that, I love the box.

Yeah, I did that before as well. Will be a PITA to have to do that daily...

Hey guys i just picked up an xbox one on Sunday. I know you probably have spoken about this already, but this thread is 1383 threads long. How are you guys dealing with the UNEXCEPTABLE INSTALL TIMES?!?? It takes hours to install one game, wth!

Would you rather have to wait 5 times as long in between menus, etc? Not so bad when you look at what you're getting. Graphics are unreal.

Yeah, this console is more of the same from Microsoft.................like Darkness, I too have been seeing alot of crazy things happen with the system. I am on my second console already. The disc drive went crazy on the first one and I was constantly having games show back up in the download queue saying they needed to be installed. Don't know what that was all about but I had been playing them for month (s).
So today I get hit with their latest scam.......I thought they had come up with a great idea having the advanced exchange where they send you a new (refurb I'm sure) unit placing a charge against your credit card until you return your bad unit....... well now they charge you for doing advanced exchange....its $10 for an accessory and $15 for a console.
I picked up Kinect sport rivals the other day.....today my son installs it and is in the middle of doing a few of the training games (about 15 minutes into it)when all of a sudden the Kinect sensor just quits working....no power.....nothing. I had to do the normal troubleshooting junk and then they set me up to exchange it. I accept the $10 fee....we get all done....she gives me the transaction number and then proceeds to tell me that it may take longer than expected to send me a new one because they are busy. A normal exchange thats free takes from 14 to 21 days.....and she says it could take 14 days for the advanced.....what a crock!!!! if that happens I will be so freakin' pissed and demand my money back for sure. My kid is pretty bummed out....could have only been worse if it was Christmas morning and this happened.
