What should I be ordering today? sways or coilovers?
My first list of suspension mods are Sway Bars & endlinks from Pfadt and BC coilovers. A few bushings as well, but not sure which one or ones yet.
I was planning on ordering the sway bars today and wait for pfadt to release the revamped endlinks. I am told I should be fine with just the sway bars on a stock car. I really want to get rid of understeer, so this is why I wanted the sway bars first. In another 2 or 3 weeks I am purchasing coilovers. I plan on getting a new set of wheels as well - so lowering the car for appearance will be a plus with the new wheels. I know I should be patient and just order all of these items at once and install at once to save on alignment. However I've been couped up in the house with rainy weather for the longest. Plus I work from home - so the car has barely been driven in the month that I've had her. A few autox events coming up soon that I want to participate in. I figured removing understeer might be the best thing to do. Maybe there is something else I should be removing first? If so please advise, so I can make a decision and get the order placed now. |

Coilovers first. You get both appearance and handling out of it.

As I said in the other thread.
Order of importance for handling. 1. bushings 2. sway bars 3. coilovers |

Well if you swap out your sway bars you won't necissarily have to get an alignment. From a pure balance perspective both coilovers and sway bars can make a big difference, but sway bars are an easier install. As far as order of operations I would go with sway bars first.
