Is this what you roughnecks use to drill for oil?

Seriously though, wow! How's the "hitch" going?

It's going as well as can be expected considering where we are working...

I seriously expect some company rep to come in and tell me when I can or cant poop... These knuckleheads think they own the rig...

We are already dealing with the biggest fuzziest n**s situation at every turn... Everyone has to think they are in control... and so a grand total of nothing gets done...

A typical well takes from 30-45 days... some last a few months.. We are on a three year contract and are scheduled to drill three wells...

I thought we were going to start spudding the well in today... We have casing, drill pipe, etc... oh wait... hmmmm, what was that other thing we needed... OH YEAH... A friggín drill bit... Yup, that's right.. they forget to get a drill bit so we are waiting on another boat to bring it out... and the weather is supposed to be getting crappy again tonight, so... the boat may turn back so they don't get caught out on the ocean...

Somebody please save me from this uber stupidity...

Well, with a planning group like that, it may very well take 3 years to drill 3 wells.

But those turbos are purdy!

Got an update from Corey...

The oil cooler showed up today... He is waiting for the exhaust manifolds to get back from the coating shop, then he will start modifying the turbo housings...

He will also start with the nine inch kit install on Monday...

Looking forward to getting back to see her...With all the work going on, I don't think she'll be ready quite when I get home, but that's ok... more time to hang at the shop... and I still have to go to Houston to meet with the accident case manager... Mod financing on the way...

I will most certainly do that... It'll be a week or so after I get hom I'm guessing... I need to line up my ducks, and I'm hoping to drive Brandi over there...

My case manager is an old time racer and a ride in her to lunch for our meeting can't hurt...

When I'm headed that way, I'll pm you a request for your phone number in case I don't already have it... Don't send it now, I do not have my phone here in Mexico, and I'll loose that pm before I get to it...

Depending on the day of the week, I might be interested in a few pass or two down the test and tune track in Sealy...

A sure fire test for the rebuilt trans to see if it will hold and shift or if Im getting ahold of RPM for a faceplated bullet proof trans...

No, Emma, I'm not going 4L80 or any other automatic unless it is an absolutely last resort to get down the track... I like three pedals...

And I've tried several times to send you a pm... our coms suck... Corey sent back a message on the boost controller... it's about the same as you mentioned to me... but then add shipping, so he recommended you go with the person you got a quote from..
