Footwell LED Light Install Wiring

Hey everyone so I bought a pair of 12" Lexen blue led lights for the footing of my car on ebay for $10 just because they were so cheap. I've had them sitting around while I've been looking up how to install these lights for about a month now and have had no luck. I'll post a picture of my lights to see if any of you will know how to install them. If you guys have a link that will show me how to install them or if someone will be helpful enough to walk me through it I'd very much appreciate it. Any feedbacks appreciated thanks for reading.

It depends on how you install it, some people have switches to turn them off and on. I've also seen some that only turn on when you open or close your door. Im still figuring out how to install mine
