i have a question
does anyone know how to turn off the catalytic converters without throwing a code when i take them off??

.... umm I don't believe that is possible to just "turn them off." As the whole cats process is a chemical reaction triggered by the heat at the headers and not an electrical process. To bypass the cats you would need to remove them, but running a car w/o cats is illegal in all 50 states. Just my .02, with a few facts thrown in.
