I'd rather they just give me the fasteners so that I can reinstall them as per y'all's instructions. Wish me luck! I hope we can all get together next Saturday as well!

Oh, a friend of mine got stranded in Victoria Saturday night, so my 1LE got to stretch her legs a bit with a 200 mile drive. Hard to drive so slow, but I did it! 75 mph speed limit rules!

Take care out there,

Tara
Okay, my salesman passed the issue to the service manager who is going to work personally with me to fix the front fascia. He's throwing in the first oil change for free, too. Chevy does require synthetic oil in the Camaro, right? If not, I guess I'll have to pay the difference for full synthetic...

Tara, the SS requires full synthetic. They use Mobil one. I think Iv'e been getting my oil change for just under 100 buxks when I go to Champion. When you do drop it off make sure to tell the to use Mobil 1 and make sure they write it on the service papers. Some of those grease momkeys don't care or don't know and will put whatever in there. If you are mising he four or six push 'rivets' on the top part of the facia, I would think they would have a supply of them at the parts department. Should be able to go back and get you however many are missing and you do the install yourself. Can't imaginea need for delay on that. I would stay on that and get them done quickly.

If anyone is looking for help installing headers my garage and ramps are always available as long as I am not working on the weekend. I may be needing some help in the nearish future with mine. I need to get my CAI, and tuner so I can be ready for a dyno tune after I get my LT headers.

Thanks for the info, Mike! The fasteners that they left off are the screws holding the outer edges of the front bumper fascia on. They're just forward of each front tire. They disassembled the front to put on my heritage grill, and didn't reassemble correctly. They must have just thrown the extra screws over their shoulder and forgot about them.

I hope that they actually put in Mobil One when you specify it. I hate when my car is out of my sight at the dealership...

Thanks again,

Tara

Those screws should also be a common item. Have they replaced them yet? If not I would be bugging the crap out of them.

@dcoates, I had my ground effects and t3 ports installed at ricks detailing on ayers and spid. The t3 ports req them to remove my front facia and cut into it but came out good.
