OH, . . . almost forgot, I'd like to be sponsored to drive a "clone" of this car around nationally as advertising for an awesome company.
That is all.
Thanks.

A few quick updates;

Ben working on the turbocharger system further;

American Muscle (NZ1200) and Japanese Muscle (Nissan Skyline GTR)...

Ben working on the wastegate recirculation tubes...

The turbocharger system dropped down for slip joints to be installed in the wastegate runners. The wastegate runners will see a drastic variety of thermal expansion intervals of intensity and duration, so applying this method of allowed expansion will eliminate the possibility of cracking;

A few shots of the turbocharger system, looking good...

Ben getting started...

OMG. Pete,that was an off the charts pictorial. 138k? That was an absolute mind blowing steal of a deal for the number of 1 off's and top shelf quality workmanship.
Thank you for sharing and continuing to update this special build. I would love to know how street friendly it's going to be? Is there a bypass to disable the turbo's? (I apologize if I missed it in the thread-my eye's glazed over frequently)

Haha, glad you think the pricepoint is fair, that seems to be the general concensus. And thank you for the kind words, it's greatly appreciated.

Concerning the street drivability, the car will drive like stock when requested to, and drive like a race car when requested to. This is achieved via the Variable Power On Demand switch. This switch allows for three separate power levels; 650hp, 800hp and 1,200hp. It is essentially a boost controller, and the switch acts as a "gear" selector for this boost controller, sending a different voltage level to active the various boost pressure levels. So cruising around on position one, the car will be street friendly, capable of low-11 second/high-10 second passes, and with the twist of the switch it turns into an absolute animal. Pretty cool.

Mind you, this interface is OEM-like, and is literally as simple as twisting a switch. No MAP changing, so no fuel changing, no methanol system to active, etc. Just turn the switch, and have fun.

Well I should have guessed a high tech,on demand incremental power availability would be the set up. Considering how everything else has been done. You guys should be mighty proud. I know what I'll be dreaming about tonight. And it's not the new CF Acura.
Sweet dreams.

The Variable Power On Demand switch is a great idea. As always - safety first.
