I had similar problem. I believe answer was a max size per pic.

I resized down to 1024x768 and it worked for me

The garage limits image size. I shrunk all mine down to 800x600 and they worked for me.

Make sure of the following:
1) image file size is not too large (400kb or less) 2) image resolution is not too big 3) file name does not contain spaces or special characters (something simple like 1.jpg, 2.jpg, etc. would be best).
