Orange peel!?

Any way to fix the orange peel in our paint, it looks like absolute crap, 38 thousand dollar car and I get a crap paint job...... Not trying to start a "the value is really good for what you get" war but is there anyway to fix it?

Car will have to be wet sanded. It isn't bad at all compared to most cars now. It shows up a lot more on black.

wetsanding is overkill. A full detail with a PC and some Adam's products will be able to solve the problem.

OK. Though I'd pick up a PTM before you start wetsanding.

There is no way to cut orange peel with a pc and anything Adams sales. You have to wet sand the car to get the orange peel out.

You need to take it to a good body shop. Don't attempt yourself.

You should be very scared to Wet Sand a new Camaro (or any car). I don't know if I would even trust a bodyshop, most of their experience is on sanding fresh repaints, and generally they really don't do a good job at that.

Here is a 458 Ferrari that I wetsanded from the factory. http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...81#post4808181

To do the job to the highest level is EXTREMELY time consuming and requires a TON of experience. You literally cannot loose focus at one point for the next 50-60 hours.
