Pure enjoyment

With about 1000 miles on the odometer now, the '13 SS vert has been pure enjoyment.

I can see where some would read the boards and be concerned about buying. But this is one nice ride. Great stress relief to drop the top and open up the throttle.

Highly recommend the V8 over the V6 if one can possibly afford the extra. Also recommend stick over auto.

Great car.

+1 Love my convertible and v8. I always have this fear that one day I will get one of those sunny day rain clouds over me.

Just upgraded from an '11 vert L99 to the '13 LS3 I couldn't agree more only 224 miles but the 6-speed takes me back to my '67 GTO and '69 Roadrunner days!!!!!

I'm on my third 5th gen convertible--one automatic and two manuals. All have been a blast to drive, the manuals a little more so.

All I have to say to those who are concerned about the tops - buy used from a private party. You can verify in person if the top HAS issues, and check dealer warranty claims to see if it HAD issues.

Still loving my vert~

bwk1971, is your Camaro black? Mine is Blue Ray Metallic, but is so dark it looks black at times.

I also got the white rally stripes. But beige interior and top.

If you can look past any of the issues, it's a great, fun car to drive.

Yes, it's black with painted summit white stripes and black interior. I love blue and white as well. Sweet car!
