so you want it louder, how about a set of long tubes, removing cats and resonators and installing x-pipe. that should make it louder

I think your best bet is to look at a set of headers, you have lots of options in headers. We justed finished the connection pipes for TSP headers to connect them to a 2.5" x pipe, or stock 2.5" x, or you can order the TSP headers for stock mufflers!!

The four cats and resonators kill a ton of sound, so an axleback can only do so much. That is why a muffler delete sounds okay on these cars, when on everything else it sounds like garbage. I had the Borla Stinger on my car, and thought it was too quiet..then I put headers on (which delete the 4 cats), and it got a lot louder.

If you don't want to do headers, and other option is a set if cutouts like DMH.

The only issue I had with the LM1 on my LT was 1. Popped too much
2. Was totally illegal according the sound ordinance here in TX.

absolutely. and as a side note, i bought Kooks w/ cats, Corsa and a Roto-Fab CAI from Branden at Marryland Speed. while it all sounded good, it sounds GREAT now after i had Modern Muscle tune it.

after changing the tune to accept the better air flow, it's LOW and LOUD!
