IndyNexGen.com and like us on Facebook.

We just got back from a cruise to the Apex Motorsport open house on Saturday, some went to IMS on this past Sunday to drive around the track and the rest of us are heading to IMS on this Saturday to do the same with our sponsor Hare Chevrolet.

Jump on board if and when you can if the group sounds like something you'd be interested in. I know we have a guy in Idaho who just joined and he cited there was nothing even remotely close to the club we have here and he had been looking for some time and as luck would have it, he's moving to Greenwood, IN soon. Not letting the grass grow under foot, he's already joined and when he gets here will have his club shirt, tag and member cards, decal and other swag for his $20 annual dues.

It's a great group of guys and gals, GF and spouses as well.

Hope to see ya soon!

Peace...

Joe

Thanks for the invite Joe. Are there any reputable efi live tuners north of or in Indy? I know of wait 4 me but was looking to shop around a bit. I already have efi live just looking for a tuner.

Mike did mine. I'm pretty sure too he doesn't use efi though. Efi tuners are more home brew wrench turners imo. Efi is amazing. The new update for Cummings and Allison transmission is going to be amazing.

I've heard that from several people. The only car show I know of is the chili cook off in the fall.

Mike Norris just added headers, HFC and tune for a 2wks ago Monday. I've heard of another shop in the Indy area but no one has given me solid info on who they are. I've dealt with Mike since he first moved here from Florida and his reputation is second to none. I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else to be truthful. Same is to be said for Bruce Raymond at Raymond's Alignment where Mike operates out of. When it comes down to performance, suspension and any automotive need or mod, Raymond's is where you want to be.

+2 on Mike Norris. He just did headers, VMax and tune for me this past Tuesday. Love the results. Was recommended to me by Tracy Lewis at Rx, another builder I have max respect for. You've got to be patient with Mike because he's a one man band, including handling all his own contacts be they phone or email, and he's busy because his word of mouth customers like his work. I like the idea of the guy with his name on the door doing all the work. He is very busy right now because he's good. So, sometimes he can get a week behind on emails. I scheduled my work a month out. Worth the wait in my book. But everyone has to make choices, so good luck.

Hey everyone from the Indiana area.... I am looking at possibly trading in the Camaro here in the coming days/weeks. I will probably be parting out the car and putting it back to stock so check out my signature for everything I have and let me know what your interested in. I am willing to hear all offers and may be looking for a stock SS exhaust to install. I have the majority of my stock parts so swapping out won't be much of an issue. I can also assist with installations as well. Email me at TuscaniGTSC2@me.com or text me at 260 four five two 6658

Hello, I just picked up my '14 1LE last week, it was stuck at the dealer for the stop sale. I had a '02 SS before, but been running a 01 cobra since 04 and a 89 GT I had since 99. Glad to be back in a SS.

Welcome Chris1SS1LE!

First of all not a lot happens on this forum page anymore. If you really want to keep up you need to check the IndyNexGen Facebook page and if you want to join the club you can visit;
http://www.indynexgen.com and hit the join tab.

You don't have to be a paid member to be on the Facebook page but you do have to be a member to get club benefits like the shirt, ID and tag cards, decal, discounts on parts and services from our main sponsor and partners. Also there are events that are specifically 'Paid Club Member' events.
So as I tell everyone, membership has it's benefits.

Looking at getting my first RWD car soon hopefully (eyeing a 2010 SS) and figured you guys would be best to know. I'm most likely going to trade in my current car for it and honestly how bad is it to drive something like an SS in the snow? Gonna end up being my daily driver.
