Radio changes station by itself?

I've had my camaro for a little under 3 months now and recently m radio has been changing the station (or song when a cd is in) by itself. Initially I thought it was just me hitting the steering wheel controls, but I've since ruled that out. When on XM stations, it changes to the next station (not preset) up or down, and even sometimes goes right back almost immediately. On AM/FM it seeks one station in either direction, also sometimes going back to the right one again. On a cd it will change the song, and often just restart it. Anyone else having problems like this/ or have suggestions as to what to do with it?

I have a 1SS, so I don't have steering wheel controls. Is there a button on the steering wheel that could do what you say is happening normally? It could be a shorted button, or clock spring in the steering column could be shorting out. There have been a number of stories now of the clock spring failing and loosing the steering wheel controls.

Yeah, there's a little wheel on the steering wheel that you turn up or down to change channels. I'll bet that's where the problem is. Try wiggling it and see if you can get the channel changing to stop. If so, you know that's the problem.
