Yes done the fuse pull it works but it almost feels like it keeps going back to the tune for the 87 octane and I only put 93 in it but the dealer filled it up with 87.

Also I am new to newer performance cars but I was wondering if the fuse pull could be detected by the dealer and will they know that you did it and could it effect the warranty.

Just take it to the track.

These cars are real quiet, they are quicker than they seem.

I love the fact that the 2012 A6's dont wanna spin!!! The Pirelli's hook up pretty damn good.

But if you wanna put on a smoke show the car will do it. Hold down the TC button for 5-7 seconds until it turns everything off. Proceed to hold the brakes and get the tires spinning like you would in the water box.

Once it gets up to about 4k roll out and mash it to the floor. I have burning up the 20's, but I did a sweeet 100' burnout the other night leaving my buddies house.

But nothing like my cammed 4th gen that is like driving a pro mod with street tires.

Thumbs up

Brand new to this forum, but I wanted to say, I have a 2012 ss a6 and I too have had problems spinning. However, I will tell you, putting the car into the tap shift mode "m" mode will not let you defeat the traction control! The owners manual says that spinning in this mode can damage the transmission, so this is a factory fail safe. I have roasted my perrelli's for 144' before having to let out for a stop sign. Just drop it in drive, hit the traction control button one time, then stomp that s.o.b. To the floor as hard as you can! May not leave a ton of smoke, but you'll leave a lot of art work. I have pictures to prove what I say, but I can't add then from my Android. The only mods I have are a Jason Thompson from Randy's auto care and exhaust experts custom built exhaust with one chamber flow master mufflers and an x pipe and a k&n cold air intake. That's it other than appearance
mods. Hope this helps

Hold the button down for 10 seconds. This solves everything

The big problem is there is two Torque Management Programs on the car. All L99 and LS3's have a engine torque management that is tied to the throttle. You can punch it all you want but with engine Torque Management the TB blade will not be allowed to open like you floored it. The L99 also has Torque Management in the transmission to also save the transmission.

I had a Jannetty Tune on my 2010 L99 and it took out the engine Torque Management and fixed shift points and pressure in the transmission. 49K miles and 5 sets of rear tires latter I would say the tune helped.

The fuse pull won't affect your warranty.

Pressing the traction control button twice to eliminate the ST and TC really only increase the allowed thresholds.

Hold button down for 5-10 seconds and it should stop trying to eliminate wheel spin with your brakes.

The beauty is, I don't care what you think. I have nothing to prove to you, or anyone on this forum. I don't use it much, but I do have an L99 that sometimes roasts the tires, other times I can barely get it to break loose! However,I do get it to epically roast them from time to time. Holding the traction control down for ten seconds don't always work, just turning off the traction control don't always work. When it does go off it will do it pretty damned good. Your opinion means nothing to me. I have no reason to impress you. Still have the pics to prove it, but can't post them with this phone. When Ifigure out how to navigate this site better, and how to post pictures I will be more involved. May try to you tube it. Then you'll see what in talking about.
