It's the Return to Borrego Cruise! Borrego Part Deux! Last August we had a very successful cruise with over 30 Camaros from San Diego up to Los Angeles. Let's do it again! (Pics from the last Borrego Cruise)

Not that we ever need a reason to hang with friends but VEESIKS (formerly 2011Camaro) is deploying soon leaving his wife (Lacy), one month old daughter (Macy), and Camaro (Stacy) behind so thought it would be cool to cruise. (Kidding about Stacy. Ha)

So here are the details...exactly like last time.

Starting Point: 10:00AM at Wal-Mart El Cajon (13487 Camino Canada, El Cajon, CA 92021) on SUNDAY, AUGUST 11th
There is a Shell Gas Station on the corner as you exit the 8 Freeway. Please gas up before you arrive so that we are not waiting on people to go get gas. When you exit the 8 Freeway, head South to Camino Canada and turn right. Then take your first left into the mall and your next first left as you approach the parking lot. We will meet there in the back corner.

We will head to Borrego Springs via Sunrise Highway and end at Lake Henshaw where we stopped at the last cruise. That way anyone that would like to join us from LA/OC/IE can head back North and the rest can cruise South.

Total time without stopping is approx 3 hours…120 miles.

Maybe an hour to order, eat, chill...its really up to the how many people we have and how long it takes to get our food and chow down. I think last year after lunch people left on their own...meaning we didn't necessarily all stick together on the way back. Some did, some went there own way. All good!

That's also the day I took delivery of my Camaro four years ago.
