HIDs over regular lights

Debating rather to include the RS Package or not. I wanted to know for those of you who have HIDs or know about them, are they that much better? I have a set of the Silverstar Ultras in my truck and they light up the road pretty damn good, a nice bright white light.... would I be able to tell that much of a difference?

HUGE difference if both practicality (lights up the road much better) AND they look a lot better aesthetically (pure white, and Halos are awsome)

Plus it's been proven to be easier on your eyes when driving at night because it requires less strain. In respect to the price of the car, the RS package is really not all that expensive at all.

personally, I have wanted halo's since I've wanted cars. So this is a major opportunity to get something this cool on a muscle car!

A "night and day" difference.

Once you have HID's.... there is no other option.

As far as looks are concerned, it's just a personal preference. I don't like the look of halos, so I wouldn't buy the RS package.

Does anyone know what kind of lifespan the HID's have compared to halogen headlights?

Wink

I ordered my 2ss with RS but after going back and forth so many times I decided to take the RS off,the issue was not the extra 1200 , (thats not that much for what u get) In my oppinion I thank the regulars look a little better ,especially on a black car (like Im getting) but it was a very hard decission ,dont think u could wrong either way
