Hey guys, unless some times have changed and I haven't been informed, I just wanted to post this info here in case you didn't catch it all in the thread for the event that Mike has up:

For all the southern guys, we will be meeting up at the Shop @ 6:45am & Departing at 7 am SHARP! For anyone up North, we will be making a stop before we arrive at the Motor4Toys location so that we can all roll in together.

From the shop we will head out to our 2nd stop to meet up with anyone coming from the North, so we can roll into the show together. The second stop is at Starbucks on Topanga Canyon @ 7:30am and departing @ 7:55am SHARP for the Motor4Toys Car Show.

We expect to arrive at 8am and depart at 11am SHARP! At the Car Show before we leave, we will discuss and pass out a map of our scenic cruise route through the Malibu canyons. Please make sure you have a full tank before we head out. And if you plan to stick around for the cruise, we are planning to get lunch so let us know if you plan to attend if we need to make group reservations.

I know that the show starts earlier and i think it had been discussed getting there earlier, but no one thought folks would wanna show up at the crack of dawn like that. i'll see if the original post for the Haddad meet up for this show should get edited

Coolies. I sent a PM to da boss and seeing if maybe he meant to have peeps meet on the way to Haddads?? I dunnnooo. But since Haddads post has been up so long, I would hate to change it and have people not know and show up at a different time. If anyone wants to go earlier to the show, obviously go for it! But I what I posted is definitely the itinerary for the day with Haddad.

well i may be able to make it or not now were leaving for the field in 10 min (training in the marine corps) just got told this morning we will be back in the morining on sunday so i may be able to meet up with you guys later. i hate being told last minute things, but i guess thats what you get for being infantry. There might be a chance will be back very very early sunday morning, but we have to do a really good job in our training op

I can tell you that the itinerary for the day with him probably won't be changing. We should still be able to all park together if we go together. If you go at 6am and we go at 8am though, that isn't gonna happen obviously. The problem now is that if we change times to 2 hours earlier, we will probably lose people coming, we'll also be at the show for 4 or 5 hours, and changing the thread that has been up there and reposted several times might lead to a lot of miscommunication and people showing at places at the wrong times and then missing the whole thing.

I have plans on meeting at Starbucks between 5:30-6am with any head turners that want to go. If we do this, we'll be able to get to the vent early and park all together. The reason I want to be there early is because they are estimating between 4,000-5000 cars in the show. Now THAT'S going to be jammed. I'm not sure if I am going on the cruise, as I only planned to stay at the car show for the whole time. Anyone else doing the same thang bada bing bang?
