Question about L99 with Aftermarket Cylinder Heads

I would like to know some of your guys opinions on compression ratios for L99's with Aftermarket heads. I have a set of TFS Gen X 255's being worked by Tony Mamo as we speak. I will be running 93 octane pump gas. I have confidence in my tuner but want to stay in a "safe zone" with the increased comppression.

Also depends on cam choice. Dynamic compression plays a huge roll.

I've seen plenty of LS cars run 11.5-12.0. They just may take a bit less timing. I think 11.5-11.8 is a good range for NA compression.

11.5 is what was suggested. I will be running a mid-size vvt cam not definite on specs yet. I'm thinking 11.5:1 may be a little too aggressive on the street running pump gas. I was just curious as to what other members are running.

11.5 is fine with pump gas.
