Budget Cradle Bushings
Does anyone have the BMR poly rear cradle bushings and how do they work?
I would like the solid ones but cant really afford them. |

I would just wait till u can get pegasus solids...
399$ vs 179$ ... might get them cheaper from a vender If i were in your shoes i would wait till finances were a lot better before modding, sounds like your money could be better off saved. But the bmr inserts fill the gaps in the cradle bushings... |

I agree with the above post. Can't beat the quality or price of the Pegasus mounts. While the install isn't that bad; it does take time and it's one of those "do it right, do it once" mods. The solid mounts really tighten up the rear suspension and the increased NVH is minimal.

Agree with both the solids are awesome and feel you might be disappointed in poly or inserts. I got a set of PFADTs for 400 that a guy had was steal for sure, watch the classifieds while you save. I could be happier with my install car seems to accelerate better as well as handle better. Let me dig around in the shed I might have a set of sneers you can have.

huh,, hate to be the odd one out but the Prothane inserts made a HUGE difference, easy to install and IMHO very cost effective...the biggest change to the rear was the replacement of the T/A's and bushings...now THAT keeps the rear planted...good luck!
BTW - the Prothane motor mounts added IMHO very little NVH(not that I care) and not only stiffened up the front but also made a nice improvement in shiftin...7k all day...

Ok, i was just really wondering if the cost of the aluminum was justified, I was really doing the comparison to the one piece poly ones from BMR. Looking at the BTR poly pro version at summit, that poly seemed really hard and it seemed like it would do the job well. I realize the aluminum will not budge but it is double the cost.

Our Pro Version's are a High Durameter - I don't have failures on these or customers that ever complain

I think for a street car the BMR ProVersion cradle bushings will work fine and they are only 200 bucks.

Prothane poly here and they are great. There may still be some minor flex, but I could not tell. It handles much better than before.

If you're going through the hassle of it, might as well go with solids. Pegasus is hard to beat for the quality and money.
