i had the same issue with the squeal... i replaced the breaks with EBC red stuff pads and R1 rotors after the breakin time squeal all gone!! happy dance!!

Some mechanics at dealerships are independent. They are not employees of the dealership so they get paid by the billable hours. The more parts they replace the more hours. My friend was a Dodge mechanic. They didn't get paid to diagnose problems. .. They get paid to fix and put parts in cars. Beware of where you take your car for work.

I've changed rotors and pads...always comes back once I've driven over 100-300 miles. It's really annoying, I might just get rid of this car and go with something else.

Get exhaust cut outs. Drive with them wide open, you will never be bothered by brake squeak again.

LOL! That's awesome.

On another note...does anyone know if you can turn the stock rotors? I had a friend of mine that works at a shop tell me you can't turn them...just have to buy new rotors? I've never heard of this...think he's full of shit.

I think he's full of it too! Nothing "special" about these rotors that I am aware of.
