I haven't seen any of those threads but I haven't dug deep into the forums but I have seen similar pissing contests when it comes to guitars so I get what you're saying.

Oooh, guitars! I belong to 'that' forum too. Possibly even worse than V6 v V8. "If it ain't a '59 or possibly a '60, don't even talk to me." 'Epiphony...'

While talking to his friend as he was walking away, he said, "It's a woman's car".

I never knew the V6's are gender specific or that it mattered if a man or woman drove it.

Do you all have any funny stories?
Don't think it's gender specific.

What if he really meant "it's a P_u_s_s_y car?"

P_u_s_s_y could apply to both man and woman in slang talk.

If he truly meant woman, then he is an idiot, lol

I find women who drive the V8's HOT! Nothing wrong there...

I don't see any pics of your car.....my theory here is, your car looked so hot n good, (do you have meaty tires there?? Spoilers? etc..), that it was a true letdown when the young juvenile dude came up to your car salivating , adrenaline slightly spiking as he peered at the muscle car up ahead...only to be let down by economics.... (in his mind)

Poor sap, I don't pity him at all, he should of kept his mouth shut nonetheless, f him, he is just a kid, move on.

There are tons of these threads ......its a fact of life for the v6ers. It is what it is. Most commenting about your car most likely drive nothing close in comparison.

V6 folks are fine and they are happy with 323 HP and dig the style. Mighty fine that we don't need to spend an extra 8 grand too. Bonus, insurance is cheaper too. So with that said, save your gripes to V6 owners, we don't judge V8 owners at all. It's all good, we're all smart Gen 5 buyers.

Back in high school all the shop guys I knew called V6's Mustangs and Camaro's Chick cars. Friend had a six looking 89 ish Iroc. Beautiful car but it was a V6. Got made fun of all the time. I will not own a V6 Camaro or Mustang as long as the still make a V8. Those defining year make who we are. I think most of my generation that was into cars grew up with those ideas. I can honestly say I will walk, or push an $900 V8 Camaro before I will own a brand new V6 car.

Im old enough to be nice to others and not trash their cars, but I think to my self "Chick Car" every time I see one.

I was told I had a woman's car because it is a convertible... no one even thought for one second, if I enjoy the air flowing through my long blonde hair... assholes.

I often thank V6's there purchase funded my Z28. Please buy more GM products. I don't care if you drive a inline 4, 6 or 8. Just support my need for speed.
