Proud owner of a 2013 ZL1 From Dubai!
Hello everyone!
First of all... I have no idea why this is my screen name.... I tried to sign up for the website and it told me that my email is already in use and its under this account? Weird.... I used to be a memberon the LXforums.com under the name of evilsrt8... I don't know if that's the connection??? Anyways! I just arrived from the dealership today. Picked up a brand new ZL1 victory red! A bit about myself. My name is Kareem, I am from Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. I lived in Arizona for 7 years while I was studying there and now I am back home. A bit about my car past. I've always been a huge American Muscle fan. I started out on the LX platform and owned a 600rwhp 300csrt8, a 700rwhp charger srt8 and a challenger srt8. I then moved to the Caddilac platform. I owned a 728rwhp white diamond Cts-V that was the fastest V in the U.A.E. Sadly, I was driving under very bad conditions and lost control of the V and it got totaled beyond repair. Luckily, The engine, trans, and supercharger are completely fine  ..... Guess what's going in the ZL1 soon  .Finally, In stead of buying another V and swapping the parts... I decided to start a new chapter and move to the Camaro platform. I don't know anything about the Camaros or the ZL1 platform and hoping to learn more. So I do apologize in advance for my stupid questions/threads. My goal for this is to keep it at a moderate 620-650rwhp for daily use. Thank you in advance and here are some pictures of my new and old cars. Kareem- Victory red 2013 ZL1 "1 out of 3 imported to the U.A.E " My late 2012 cts-v 728rwhp :(.  Day of the accident  The most beast sounding looking car I have ever owned. I exchanged from the CTS-V to the ZL1, The Camaro is not as plush but it is a better driving machine. Welcome to the site and congrats on your purchase.

ADM/squash fuel system, Ron Davis radiator, Spal fans, AGP air to air, turbo plumbing. LPE oil cooler, rear bushing upgrade, roll bar...etc. rwhp 1400+... 212.5mph, best Texas mile to date.  |
