My 2011 just got built last Friday and it's 126,969 so I think it's probably closer to 115,000

I should have posted mine this way. The last part of my Vin is 216165 which means mine was the 116,165 Camaro made. Purchased May 30, 2010

That's another way to help you get close to your answer just look at your production date on the door.

The numbers are going to be up there when a V6 is offered. GM should not even produce a V6 Camaro

So if the last 6 numbers on mine are 223540 that would be 123,540 right ? and I got mine delivered the last week of may.

So it should be get a V8 or you are SOL. Glad GM didn't listen to you. I love my V6. I'd love to have the V8 too but the V6 is great for my daily driver.

There's nothing wrong with V-6 Camaros. They always made a 6 cyl camaro all the way back to 1967. In fact the V-6 F-body Turbo T/A was a fast car, not a camaro, but the same thing. Todays V-6 is almost as quick as my Formula 350 was back in 1989.

Gm should have made 2 separate sets of VIN #'s for the V6 and V8

Last #'s of my VIN 161990 does this mean I am 61,990 or 161,990 picked up car mid November 2009

You had it right with #61,990. The last 6 numbers started beginning with 2 at the 100k mark as far as I can tell. Mine last 6 are 216165, so the 116,165th Camaro made probably in late April or early May 2010.

My RS was the 122,094th, on the door the month is 5/10 so probably later in the month if Autobotaz' was early May.
