Hmm, I'm looking for a solution for my move to Miami. I want to have my motion X running. I have my old iPhone in the arm rest as my iPod player. My iPhone 4 is linked via bluetooth. I have yet to try motion x in my Camaro, normally I'm traveling when I use it. But I'm thinking the app won't interrupt my iPod as a phone call does.

I'll do some tests tomorrow and run to Microcenter to see what I can rig up to mount my phone. I already have a USB charger from my Challenger.

I just drop mine in the center consol or just leave it in my pocket (I have a small phone) since mine automatically syncs up with the car's Bluetooth whenever I get in. Very handy feature IMO.

Still figuring out my setup. I have my iphone paired with the car's bluetooth and finally got all my phone numbers programmed into the car for voice dialing which is amazing once I learned how to work it all. I haven't quite figured out the bluetooth streaming audio so what I did was hook up an older ipod touch into the center console which keeps me from having to worry with plugging in my phone for music. The beauty of this setup is that the ipod has wifi and wireless sync via itunes so I can add music, edit playlists on my PC and everything automatically updates on the ipod while the car is in my garage. I've also heard that music sound quality over bluetooth isn't that great but I can't verify that as I haven't really used that option much.

I still want to figure out a sleeker way to mount my iphone for use as a GPS on longer trips so it's visible and just sitting in my cup holder. I have a couple of ideas in mind and I'll post some photos once I have a chance to test them out.

Installed holder from "Pro Clip". Attaches to center console just ahead of e-brake. Works much better than the cup holder.

Passenger seat paired to my car, as like a few others my music is stored on a flash drive. The stations here in Hawaii suck. At least for the music I listen too.
