One of the guys in our club had them installed at, if I remember correctly, NBA car stereos on Mill Plain in Vancouver. It was expensive, though - he told me that the doors were $4000.00 (parts & labor).
I dont know what brand he got. But from what I've read, the best one is from Vertical Doors Inc, which you can get off ebay for under $1500.00... (Sometimes, that will include the parts for reverse hood tilt, too...) But, you'd have to install that yourself.
