When watching the Mustang commercial I don't really get a "transformers" feel. It is a nice commercial. However, it is quite pathetic that ford had use custom vehicles (they even state so at the beginning of the commercial).

Yeah, seems like they used the "d.u.b. edition" in that commercial. Be that as it may, they still did a great job selling that car. The only thing Chevy can come up with to sell the Camaro(v6/v8) is showing the car on a machine bouncing the wheels! That is so boring!! WOW.

They act as if it's so hard for them to go to a desert or somewhere and let this thing loose and add some epic music to it. Im disappointed in the company for this. Right now, if I didn't already have my Camaro, I would seriously be considering the new Mustang GT just because of the emotion it stirred up in me while watching the commercial. It looks bad-ass.

Cool commercial nonetheless, but I liked this one for Challenger much better>>>

See?

Even the rims are the same!
But they compromised the front end in attempt to make it look more aggressive than (ahem) Camaro

If anything, they copied the promo for the 2008 Knight Rider series. Aside from the car's color and the fact that the Knight Rider promo featured a Shelby, they are rather similar.

No, they did that for aerodynamic reasons.
