Anyone have idea what code p2006 or p206 is my stabilty trac (engine light) comes on and all three lights for traction control are lite up also with misfiring. My oil gauge and everything else is fine and revs fine it seems.

p2006 is the Intake Manifold runner control stuck closed. P0206 is Injector Circuit/Open - Cylinder 6

If you take it to the dealership, they will be able to tell that it was tuned even if you flashed it back to the stock ECM parameters. However, since you have a 2010, your warrenty is likely up anyway, so no worries about it being voided. Did you do the tune yourself or did you have it tuned by a shop?

I would take it back to that shop and tell them that it is throwing you codes.
