I shot the pilot / casting episode for the American Top Gear a few months ago and when we did the news portion of the show Adam was not very nice to the Camaro.

Jeremy did show up on his way from England to another country for vacation and he was, well........... he was how I thought he would be He did drive in, in a Callaway Vette that was a monster. I had to laugh at the fact that he was driving an american car. I wanted to say something to him about it but I kept my mouth shut.

It'll be on NBC, but the premiere date hasn't yet been settled upon. I've heard everything from now until January.

There was a special that Jeremy did long ago that wasn't actually on Top Gear...a different car program he was doing...where he went to America and found what he though were good examples of what America can build. I can't remember what they all were, but I recall one was a Lincoln Mark VIII, and I was thinking, "Wow...none of these cars would have made it out of Top Gear alive these days."

He's playing a part and he's rough on all of the cars, but he seems to be kidding around mostly...he does like some American cars. I remember near the beginning of the Top Gear episode through the American South, he was sitting in a brand new Corvette, and loving it. He seemed to also want to like the previous CTS, but found some faults with it, and I couldn't disagree with his assessments.

They are in pre-production currently going into production in the near future. I don't know when it will start to air. Tanner Faust (on the far right) is also on Supercars Exposed which is a very cool show and the day we shot he drifted an M5 so long thet the tires blew. Amazing!

Unsurprising results. Hammond will love the looks and heritage, May probably won't comment too much, and Clarkson will dislike it because its American until he drives it and then he'll like it for what it offers at its price.

Either way I can't wait to see them thrashing it around their track.
