Poor pedders steering rack bushing fit - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Anyone else have an issue with their rack bushing from pedders found on install today mine is way to small and if installed it would let the rack move around more than the stock rubber. Its thinner and shorter it just rattles inside the stock mount ill try to post a few pics showing all the gaps vs. the stock rubber.
BRM your's fit better? Maybe I just got a bad one Pedders any thoughts?

Going to call them today and see what the deal is I guess. Maybe sent me a G8 rack bushing vs. a camaro bushing?

The G8 and Camaro rack bushings should be identical as far as dimensions go.

The side to side gap has zero impact on anything, i'm looking into the other issue and will get back to you soon on that.

FYI Production years 10 and 11 will have no fit issues. 12 and 13s we are now not so sure.
