Yep...if you look close they ALL have some swirling..if the clear coat is touched it happens...fresh out of the factory there will be very fine scratches that you can see in the right light. Dark colors just show them more. Personally I just polish my cars every year or so with my PC and some Optimum Polish...but try not to get too carried away...to polish is to remove some clear. I can remove all the visible "swirls" and take extreme care and the will eventually come back..just a fact of life..all you can do is be smart about how you clean the paint and minimize them.

Every car will get some minor swirls eventually. You can learn ways to help avoid getting them, but you will get some eventually. Don't let swirl marks bum you out. You can correct them by using good polish(es) either by hand or with a polisher. I watched the Junkman's videos and Adam's videos (adamspolishes.com) to learn how to correct swirls marks.
I agree with everyone else. The RJT will show the swirls more because it's darker. A white or silver car will hide swirl marks the best, but they will still be there. |

white doesn't show scratches as bad as other colors.i think the red jewel looks tough.

Couldn’t agree more but we may be a little biased.

I think that even though I do like IOM, I am more in love with RJT, even if it may show mperfections more...
spent all night looking at pics of both, and I think I finally have picked out 2LT/RS RJT/Black interior With Polished wheels... now to work on getting the order in... |
