I normally don't like to flaunt my service to this great country of ours, but after reading all the vandalism that is happening to all the Camaro's out there...

I was wondering, should I get a Veteran's License Plate so some a**hole will see it and possibly have second thoughts about hurting my baby?

Do you think it would really help, it seems these people dont have a single moral fiber in them so would they really care if your a Vet or not

I am a vet from the Canadian Armed Forces , and just ordered mine, lets see Camaro 2SS with vet plates, hell yeah!!!

Get the Vet plate cuz you deserve to have the Vet plate.

It's something you've earned - do it if you want to.

On a side note: I knew a girl who went apeshit when her and her husband (with a purple heart) divorced and she had to get rid of his ph plate. I mean bat crap crazy.

in fact... I like it... I am going to look into those here in California... although in Northern California (and parts of L.A.) it may attract MORE vandalism than prevent.... Guess I'll stay in the Patriotic SoCal.

I think its a great idea.....but not for the reason the OP stated......for the little buggers that would deface your car, wouldn't care one way or the other.......BUT, if I were an Officer, and you weren't doing anything really dangerour, depending what it was, I MIGHT let you go with a warning, or at least give you a break.
